Historic Newark

Back in the 1800s, when Ohio had a network of canals, the kids in Newark used to spend winters ice skating on the frozen canal downtown. This is a really well done mural, and it’s hidden on the back of one of the buildings “on the square” downtown.

    It’s beautiful. And nice to see it hasn’t been attacked by kids with spray paint.
