The Top Hat was, in its day, both a gas station and a restaurant/pizza joint. It was run by a couple called the Knulls; the husband, Bill, also drove a school bus for the Graham Local Schools District. He also seemed to prefer the company of boys to that of his wife; many’s the young man who drove away from the Top Hat with a full tank of gas after a few minutes in the men’s room with Bill (at least that’s what I was told). No idea whether the Knulls are still living, or who’s managing the Top Hat these days.
