Pasta Salad, Yeah

Can I just take a few moments to discuss my dinner? Having bought a box of cavatappi, my favorite pasta, yesterday, I had the (brilliant, if I do say so myself) idea of making a huge bowl of pasta salad for dinner tonight and work lunches this week.

Cavatappi, marinated artichoke, black olives, turkey, gorgonzola, fresh basil leaves from my garden, portobello mushroom, and ranch dressing = a little slice of heaven. Highly recommended. Especially accompanied by a huge mason jar of iced tea.

A+++, would slap together again.

    Sounds yummy! I would try it with Alfredo sauce though!
